LEARNING WITH TELEVISION.
Television differs in several ways from books that may affect cognitive
structures and processes. As with books, television can employ pictures,
diagrams, and other representational symbol systems but in TV these symbols are
transient and able to depict motion.
Learning with television, a teacher can use television as tool to
facilitate learning to the students.

both students and teachers because the equipments (hardware) are very costly,
there are very few skilled people to operate them and not all areas or
environment can access to it due to lack of electricity or source of energy.
