Learning with and from media and technology students can learn through the following such as television, computers, and radio.
LEARNING WITH TELEVISION.
Television differs in several ways from books that may affect cognitive structures and processes. As with books, television can employ pictures, diagrams, and other representational symbol systems but in TV these symbols are transient and able to depict motion.
Learning with television, a teacher can use television as tool to facilitate learning to the students.

LEARNING FROM TELEVISION.
The most positive research news about learning “from” television can be found in the classroom where 40 years of research show positive effects on learning from television programs that are explicitly produced and used for instructional purposes and teacher presentations.

LEARNING WITH COMPUTERS.
Computers can juxtapose, or transform, information in one symbol system to that in another a learner can type in printed text and a computer with a voice synthesizer can transform it into speech (Dickson, 1985).
Computer is like a tool which used to facilitate learning whereby a teacher can use a computer as source of material, for example a students can learn how to type or how to search material.

Learning with and from media ad technology however, is a challenge to both students and teachers because the equipments (hardware) are very costly, there are very few skilled people to operate them and not all areas or environment can access to it due to lack of electricity or source of energy.
